食管癌治疗前后红细胞己糖激酶及其同工酶的变化

摘　　要：对３１例食管癌术后患者和３１例药物化疗患者ＲＢＣＨＫ、ＨＫⅠ和ＨＫⅢ的活性进行了测定，并分别与６０例初诊食管癌患者和６０例正常对照相比较。结果显示术后３天内食管癌患者ＲＢＣＨＫ及其同工酶与术前无显著差别（Ｐ＞０．０５），化疗后组ＲＢＣＨＫ、ＨＫⅠ及ＨＫⅢ活性水平显著低于化疗前组（Ｐ＜０．００１）及正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：ＲＢＣＨＫ及其同工酶在食管癌化疗监测方面可能有重要价值。The activities of RBC hexokinase(HK) and isoenzymes HK Ⅰand HKⅢ in esophageal cancer patients after operation (31 subjects) and chemotherapy (31 subjects) were observed.The results obtained were compared with that of 60 control subjects and 60 esophageal cancer patients which had not been treated.The levels of RBC HK or isoenzymes in operated group exhibited no difference from that in preoperated group (P>0.05).However,in patients undergone chemotherapy were lower than those in pretreatment group (P<0. 001) as well as normal control (P<0.001). It indicated that RBC HK and isoenzymes might be of great value in monitoring esophageal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
