各级膀胱癌及尿脱落癌细胞形态计量计算机诊断系统建立的研究

摘　　要：采用图像细胞分析技术对２３例膀胱组织及１０例正常对照、８例尿脱落癌细胞及６例正常组织进行形态计量和脱氧核糖核酸（ＤＮＡ）含量测量，以探索建立膀胱肿瘤的计算机诊断系统。结果表明：ＤＮＡ含量及多数形态参数在良恶性细胞间有显著差异，并在区分良恶性细胞和反映细胞恶性程度方面具有很好的代表性和稳定性，经统计学处理，建立了尿脱落细胞形态计量和ＡＳｈ４级分级膀胱癌形态计量判别函数，初步建成了膀胱癌计算机早期诊断系统。With the Image Cytometry,the morphometry and DNA contens of ladder-epithelium were measured and analysed in two groups,one of which included 23 cases of bladder tumor tissues and 10 cases of normal tissues,and the another of which contained 8 cases of shedding cells in urine and 6 cases of normal shedding cells in order to probe into the early computer-diagnosing method of bladder tumors,raise the accuracy rate of diagnoses and establish a computer-diagnosing system.The results shwoed that there was a significant difference of DNA contents and majour morphologic parameters between the benign cell and the malignant cell.These parameters possessed typicality and stability in distinguishing tumor tissues from normal ones and well reflecting the differentiation degrees of tumor cells,established a discriminational function equation for morphometry of graded bladder tumors and shedding cells,prelminarity setting up the early computerdiagnosing system of bladder tumors.
