自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗单眼化学烧伤后角膜血管翳性混浊

摘　　要：目的治疗化学烧伤后角膜血管翳性混浊,为受损角膜提供健康的上皮来源,阻止结膜源性组织侵入。方法采用自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗17例(17只眼)化学烧伤后角膜血管翳性混浊。结果 17例中,15例上皮愈合稳定,13例角膜透明,无新生血管生长,视力均有明显提高。结论采用自体角膜缘上皮移植重建角膜缘的 Vogt 栅状皱纹(palisades of Vogt,POV),为受损的角膜缘提供新的干细胞来源,是角膜化学烧伤后血管翳性混浊的一种合理的治疗方法。Objective To provide healthy epithelial source for damaged cornea to prevent the in- vasion of conjunetival tissue for treatment of corneal vascularized opacity after chemical burns.Meth- ods Limbal epithelial autograft transplantation was performed on 17 cases (17 eyes) with vascular- ized corneal opacity caused by chemical burns.Results Of 17 cases,the epithelial healing was stable in 15 cases,and there was corneal graft transparency,improvement of visual acuity and without neo- vascularization in 13 cases.Conclusion Limbal epithelial autograft Limbal epithelial autograft trans- plantation applied for reconstruction of palisades of Vogt to provide new stern cell source for injured limbus is a reasonable therapeutic method for treatment of vascularized corneal opacity caused by chemical burns.
