眼肌结合抗体的ELISA检测及应用

摘　　要：自猪和牛眼肌提取眼肌抗原，建立了检测人血清中眼肌结合抗体（ＥＭ－Ａｂ）的 ＥＬＩＳＡ法。检测４０ 例甲亢患者阳性率为３０．０％，２３例ＳＬＥ 患者阳性率为２６．９％，与正常对照组 比较有显著差别（Ｐ＜ ０． ０１）． ＥＭ－Ａｂ与甲状腺疾病的一些自身抗体无显著相关性，提示此是与 眼病自身免疫反应有关的一种自身抗体。The eye-muscle binding antibody (EM-Ab) in human serum was detected by ELISA with two antigens prepared from fresh big and bovine orbital muscles. The positive rates of EM-Ab in hyperthyroid and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients were 30. 0% (12/ 40) and 26. 9% (6/23)respectively and were significantly different compared with healthy subjects (P <0. 01). There was no correlation between EM-Ab and some antibodies against thyroid. It was suggested that the eye-muscle binding antibody might present an autoantibody associated with autoimmune ophthalmopathy.
