摘　　要：目的探讨超声刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用。方法A组为该院1997￣2003年间收治的腹腔镜超声刀胆囊切除术患者78例,B组为随机抽取同期应用高频单极电刀实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者200例,两组进行比较。结果两组病例在住院时间、术后胆漏、高烧、出血、中转开腹等情况上差异无显著性。A组病例平均手术时间长于B组。结论应用超声刀进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是可行的,可避免传统高频电刀造成的电流及金属残留等潜在危险从而更加安全。[Objective] To evaluate the usage of harmonic scalpel in cholecystectomy prosedures. [Methods] In group A, 78 cases of the laparascopic chelocystectomy （LC） by using harmonic scalpd from 1997 to 2003. In group B, 200 cases of the traditional laparascopic chelocystectomy （LC） were randomly seleted. These two groups were compared in statistic method. [Result] The average hospital stay, the morbidity of bile leakage, high fever, bleeding and conversion rate between these two groups are similar. The average operation time in group A was longer than in group B. [Conclusion] Ultrasound dissection technology was feasible, at the same time avoid the potential risks of current injury, metal material left in the abdomen etc. and then more safety.
