摘 要:研究了离子色谱法(IC)检测葡萄保鲜过程中SO2的方法,并用于SO2释放量及葡萄中SO2残留量的检测。SO2被水吸收或提取后,由H2O2氧化成稳定的SO42-。用离子色谱仪测定SO42-的含量,与碘量法、盐酸付玫瑰苯胺比色法作对比,结果很好地吻合。结果表明,IC法是一种测定葡萄保鲜过程中SO2及SO2残留量的准确、方便、快速的方法,可用于SO2使用效果的评价。An ion chromatographic(IC) method for the determination of SO2 content in the grape preservation process was developed. It was based on the oxidation of SO2 to stable SO2 by H2O2. The method has been applied to the determination of the release rate of SO2 and the residual amount of SO2 in grapes during the storage. The feasibility of the method was evaluated by comparing the results of SO2 obtained by IC method with those obtained by iodine titration and p-rosaniline hydroehloride colorimetry, respectively. The results showed that the proposed IC method is accurate, convenient and rapid in determining the SO2 content in the grape preservation process.
