高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中对位红和苏丹色素等8种脂溶性染料

摘　　要：研究并建立了同时测定食品中8种脂溶性染料的高效液相色谱法，8种染料包括：对位红、苏丹Ⅰ、苏丹Ⅱ、苏丹Ⅲ、苏丹Ⅳ、苏丹橙G、苏丹红7B、苏丹红G。优化了色潜条件。8种脂溶性染料标准在0．1—5mg／L范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性。辣椒酱及酱油样品中8种染料的平均回收率为87％～103％，检出限达0．05mg／kg。A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of 8 fat-soluble dyes, namely Para red, Sudan orange G, Sudan red 7B, Sudan red G, Sudan Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ , in food was developed. The calibration curves for the eight fat-soluble dyes were linear over the concentration ranges of 0. 1 - 5 μg/mL and their correlation coefficient ranges were of 0. 999 7 - 1. 000 0. The average recoveries of the eight fat - soluble dyes ranged from 87% to 103% （ n = 6） at the spiking levels of 0. 5 - 5 mg/kg.
