摘 要:在微流动注射芯片上设计了螺旋形流通池,并采用精确时间控制进样方式,结合四环素(TC)对鲁米诺-H2O2化学发光体系的抑制作用,建立了微流动注射芯片化学发光法测定鱼虾中四环素的新方法。该系统中螺旋形反应池由激光雕刻机在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA,50×40×3mm)上雕刻而成。在实验所建立的最佳条件下,该方法在2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-5g/mL范围内化学发光的降低值与四环素的质量浓度具有好的线性关系.检出限为1.7×10^-8g/mL。相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=11,p=5.0×10^-7g/mL),检测结果满意。A micro-flow injection system on a chip was prepared for the determination of tetracycline in fish and shrimp, based on luminol- H2O2 chemilunlineseence. Spiral flow cell channels were fabricated using laser on poly( methyl methacrylate) (PMMA). The sampling time was controlled precisely by atimer, The linear range was 2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-5g/mL with a detection limit of 1.7×10^-8g g/mL, and the relative standard deviation was 1.7% ( n =11, p = 5.0 ×10^-7 g/mL), The method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive and consumes less reagent, The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in fish and shrimp,
