摘　　要：把工程规范知识分为应用知识、组织知识、状态知识以及解题知识等类型，并以此为基础，提出多层知识组织结构以及基于这一结构的推理方法。In this paper, the engineering code knowledge is classiced as the application knowledge, organhation knowledge, state knowldege and solve knowledge, and a multilevel knowledge structure is put forward. The inference method is also introduced in the Paper.
