摘　　要：移动Ad Hoc网络是随着无线通信技术的快速发展而出现的一种新型网络。由于Ad Hoc网络自身的特殊性,使得其媒体接入控制协议(MAC)与传统的有线局域网、无线局域网以及蜂窝网络有很大的区别。首先对移动Ad Hoc网络进行了介绍,分析了移动Ad Hoc网络MAC协议设计面临的问题,对当前较常用的Ad Hoc网络MAC协议进行了分析比较,为进一步对MAC协议的研究提出了新的课题。Mobile Ad Hoe network is an up- to- date one emerging with the development of wireless communication technology. Due to peculiarity of the Ad Hoc network, the development of MAC protocols is very different from the traditional wireless systems, wired networks and micro cellular networks. First, the paper instructs the Ad Hoc Network, and then presents unique set of challenges in developing the MAC Protocols. Then, it compares the similarities and differences of some main MAC protocols. At the end of this paper,research directions in the area are also discussed.
