摘　　要：利用光敏二极管的高带宽及光电流与光照度之间较好线性关系的特点,设计了一种简易的光照度测量电路,该电路具有原理清楚、结构简单、读数容易、线性好等优点,适合于农用大棚等要求不高的场合,同时还给出了光照度与电路输出电流的关系。A simple light- intensity detection circuit is designed by using the photosensitive diode＇s character, which has high bandwidth and better linear between photocurrent and lightintensity. The circuit has many advantages such as explicit principle,simple structure,easy access and better linear. It is fit for occasion that requires not strict like agricultural greenhouse. The relationship between light - intensity and output current of this circuit is given.
