摘　　要：论述了柴油机电控系统线束的重要性。通过介绍线束的组成和作用,从连接器、电气特性、机械物理特性、实机布置和走向等方面对线束设计进行了分析,指出了线束组件的选型和设计原则。据此设计制作的线束已经批量用于欧III电控柴油机,实践表明,该线束是可靠、安全的。The importance of the wiring bamen for electronically controlled system diesel engine is introduced in this paper. Based on the compostion and function of wiring harness, the choice and design principle of connectors, electronic characteristic, mechanical physical characteristic and layout on the diesel engine are pointed out. Now the batch of harness has been used for Euro Ⅲ electronic control diesel engine. The result of practical application shows the wiring harness is reliable and safe.
