浅议制盐工艺中沉盐器的合理性

摘　　要：在制盐工艺中,许多厂家都采用了沉降式增稠器。在实际生产中沉降式增稠器又带来了很多问题。本文试图从理论上探讨沉降式增稠器的合理性,得出了取消沉降式增稠器利大于弊的结论,供制盐企业在工艺设计和技术改造中参考。Settling thickeners are used in many salt making plants, which bring about a lot of problems in practical production. Attempting to study the rationality of settling thickener theoretically, this paper draws a conclusion that the said thickener has more advantages than disadvantages.It is offered to salt making enterprises for reference in process design and technological modification.
