摘 要:目的建立12项肿瘤指标联合诊断肝癌的函数,开发相应的应用软件,以提高肿瘤标志物诊断肝癌的准确率。方法采用蛋白芯片法检测12项肿瘤标志物;69例肝癌、276例其他肿瘤(肺癌69例、乳腺癌69例、胃癌69例、直结肠癌69例)、69名正常对照用以建立联合诊断函数;另72例肿瘤用以函数诊断准确性的验证。应用MATLAB软件和MYSVM软件建立函数。结果建立了二级诊断函数,一级诊断函数对正常者的诊断准确率为85.4%、肿瘤患者的诊断准确率为66.9%,二级判别诊断函数对肝癌的诊断准确率为74.1%,而单指标中诊断准确率最高的甲胎蛋白(AFP)为60.9%,联合诊断准确率较AFP高出13.2%。结论本研究建立的多指标联合诊断函数对肝癌诊断的准确率明显提高,开发的应用软件操作简便、易于推广。Objective To establish the diagnostic function of liver cancer with 12 tumor markers, and develop the software. Methods 12 tumor markers were detected by protein chip technology. 69 cases of liver cancer, 276 cases of other cancer (lung cancer 69, brest cancer 69, colon and rectum cancer 69, gastric cancer 69) and 69 cases of normal control were studied for establishing the function. It was developed by MATLAB software and MYSVM software. Results Two grades of diagnostic function were established. The first grade differentiated cancer from normal, the accuracy rate were 85.4% and 66.9% respectively. The second grade diagnosed liver cancer, the accuracy rate was 74.1%, but alpha fetoprotein (AFP) only 60.9%, the accuracy rate was 13.2% higher in combining diagnosis function than that of AFP. Conclusions The accuracy rate rises when using function combining diagnosis, the software is useful and can be popularized with facility.
