摘　　要：通过对下穿隧道的火灾特点和原因进行分析,结合国内外隧道火灾的案例,从隧道结构的耐火极限、安全疏散、灭火设施设备、排烟与通风系统、火灾报警与通信设施、消防供电等方面,针对性地提出了对城市下穿隧道的防火设计以及消防管理的建议。Based on the analysis of the fire characteristics and reason in the city tunnel fire and case study on the tunnel fire at home and abroad ,suggestions on fire protection design and management of city tunnel were given from the following aspects ：fire endurance of the tunnel structure ,safe evacuation, fire fighting equipment ,smoke vent and ventilation system,fire alarm and communication system and fire power supply.
