摘 要:辛硫磷微胶囊制备选用辛硫磷为芯材,以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和乙二胺为单体,用界面缩聚法制成壁材。在制备过程中,单体总用量、聚合搅拌速度、聚合反应温度对辛硫磷微胶囊物理性质,如粒度分布、囊膜厚度、粒径大小有影响。选择单体总用量29 ̄58g,搅拌速度400r/min,聚合温度45℃为宜,所得微胶囊制备过程的副反应少,易形成交联网状结构,粒径分布较均匀,药物渗透性能好。Microcapsules were prepared with phoxim as the core material. Cladding material was produced from the monomers 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate and ethylenediamine using interfacial polycondensation. During preparation, monomer usage rate, stirring speed, and reaction temperature influenced the physical properties of phoxim microcapsules, including particle size distribution, microcapsule thickness, and particle size. With monomers used at 29-58 g, a stirring speed of 400 rev/min, and a polymerization temperature of 45~C, the microencapsulation process showed a lower level of side reactions, the cross-linked structure formed readily, particle diameter was relatively uniform, and the pesticide showed good penetrability.
