南美白对虾淡化培育研究

摘　　要：采用圆形小水泥池对南美白对虾进行淡化培育试验,圆形水泥池30m3,其内投放虾苗214.7万尾,平均体长0.5cm,初始盐度14.6‰,以投喂人工饵料为主;共培育10d,出苗153.7万尾,平均体长1.3cm,成活率71.6%。淡化后的虾苗可直接投放于淡水中饲养,省去了池塘淡化标粗阶段,也避免了因此而造成的池塘土壤盐碱化。The experiment on desalting and rearing for Penaeus vannamei which was in a small cement pond whose volume is 30m^3 was carried out in 2005. We cultured 2.147 million pieces of larvae Pen aeus vannamei, the average height of which was 0.5 cm, feeding with artificial feed in the circle pond. The initial salinity was 14.6‰.With 10 days desahing and rearing,the average height of the larvae was 1.3 cm and the surviral rate was 71.6 %.The solution used in this experiment is a new way to prevent the pond＇s soil to be saline alkali soil.
