急性尖周炎治疗封药时机的选择研究

摘　　要：目的 对急性尖周炎治疗的封药时机进行研究。方法 选择急性尖周炎病例600例，随机分为四组，对照组，3d封药组；IOd封药组；15d封药组。对出现急性尖周炎复发的病例纪录并计算百分比进行统计学分析。结果 3d封药组尖周炎复发者明显高于10d封药组，10d封药组尖周炎复发者稍高于15d封药组，15d封药组尖周炎复发者很少。讨论 急性尖周炎开放引流治疗后以15d后在行封药治疗为宜。Objective Study the chance of the cover medicine in the pulp to treat the acute apical periodontitis. Methods Select clinic cases of acute apical periodontitis and divided them into four groups： one group is named compared groupwhich included 333cases, the second is named three-day group which included 333 cases.The third is named ten-day group which included 333 cases.The fourth is named fifteen-day group which included 333 cases .Recorded all the cases which recur apical periodontitis in every groups and analyse with the method of statistics. Results To the three-day group,recur apical periodontitis cases is more than the compared group, to the ten-day group recur apical periodontitis case is just a little thanthe fifteen-day group, and the lest is fifteen-day group which were recur aperical periodontitis. Conclusion Feasible time to cover the medicine into the pulp is after fifteen days of the treatment with incision and drainage.
