摘　　要：在某管理信息系统的研制过程中，分析各种意外情况对系统运行的稳定性和可靠性的影响，采取了各种必要的有效措施。设计了系统运行状态的互锁功能。为了保证输人数据的正确性，采取了界限校验、逻辑校验、平衡校验、代码校验等有效措施．系统功能齐全、结构合理、运行稳定可靠，平均提高工作效率２５倍，具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。he paper deals with full analysis of various accidental factors which may have impacton the stability and reliability of the system operation, then takes correspondingly measuresto eliminate the impact, during the time of developing a certain management informationsyStem. The MIS is designed to have mutual lock function as running state and take effective methods to guarante the corrections of input data, such as interface checking,logicalchecking, balance checking and code checking The MIS is possesed of full functions anddesirable structure, also operated with stability and reliability.It can improve work efficiencyby 25 times on average, thus bring higher economic and social profit. Now, the system haspassed technical evaluation at ministry level.
