摘  要:提出了研究高速圆柱滚子轴承的运动学性能和耦合弹性流体动力润滑理论(简称弹流理论)的分析方法,直接采用弹流理论计算滚动体与轴承套图接触区的油膜厚度、油膜动压力及润滑剂牵引力,并在此基础上分析了不同工况条件下轴承的各运动零件的运动情况,所获得的分析结果得到了实验的支持。Recently Chinese engineers have been quite interested in studying kinematics of highspeed roller bearing' But they make use of EHL (elastohydrodynamic lubrication)theory only in an empireal fAshion. We believe we are the first in China to propose coupling kinematicswith EHL in the study of such bearings.Different from other Chinese researchers in the past, we see a new way out of just employing semi- empirical formulas partially based on EHL. We And it possible to obtain parameters in the equilibrium equations of roller bearing directly through iterative calculations.Figs. 1 through 4 present theoretical results in relatively easily understood graphicalform. We think that the two most important points that Can be inferred from these four figures are: (1) the smaller the radial load and the higher the inner ring speed, the more serious is the skidding of the cage of roller bearing; (2)when under the same conditions, skidding damage is more serious for rollers in unloaded region as compared with rollers in loadedregion.In Fig. 5, we compare the theoretical results with experimental data. Even thoughhighest speed in tests is only 4 000r/min owing to limitations of test facilities, we deem thatour coupling analysis is preliminarily confirmed and it is promising that it will be confirmedby future higher speed experiments.
