社区老年视觉障碍患者就医行为与影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解社区老年视觉障碍人群就医行为与影响因素,为社区建立健全老年眼保健服务提供依据。方法视力普查、眼底检查与问卷调查相结合。结果104例老年患者在视力明显下降时首选“及时就医”者38例占36.54%;“不得已才就医”者24例占23.08%。影响就医行为的主要因素:文化程度、眼保健知识、医疗费用支付方式及承受能力等。结论在社区积极开展初级眼保健知识教育,对提高老年人眼保健意识、减缓视力衰退、积极防治视觉障碍、提高老年生活质量等有重要的意义。Objective To study the influencing factors and the treatment seeking behavior of old patients with vision impairment in community. Methods Eyesight survey, eyeground check and questionnaire. Results Among 104 old patients, 38 patients chose to seek medical treatment in time when their eyesight began to decrease（36.54% ） ; 24 patients chose to seek medical treatment when they could not bear their eyesight（23.08% ）. The main influencing factors of patient＇s treatment seeking behavior is the education level, the lack of eye health care knowledge, the paying method and affording ability of medical charge, etc. Conclusion Along with the population ageing in our country, the elderly with eye disease are getting more and more. The glaucoma, cataract, age- related macular degeneration, and the diabetic retinopathy are the 4 reasons that cause the old people＇s eyesight deterioration or lost. Therefore, it is important to develop the primary eye health care education actively in community, in order to improve old people＇s eye health care knowledge, reduce their eyesight deteriorating, prevent vision impairment, and improve their living quality.
