摘 要:目的研究三种常用铸造合金全冠戴用后对外周静脉血淋巴细胞凋亡的影响。方法给狗分别进行58%金合金、不含Be的NiCr合金、含Be的NiCr合金铸造全冠修复,建立实验动物模型。采用ICP-MS检测戴冠前、戴冠2周、1月、2月及3月时外周静脉血中金属离子的种类和浓度,同时应用流式细胞仪检测外周静脉血中淋巴细胞凋亡的情况。结果58%金合金全冠戴用后,外周静脉血中金属离子浓度变化不明显;淋巴细胞凋亡率没有明显变化。NiCr合金全冠戴用后,外周静脉血中Ni、Cr离子浓度以及淋巴细胞凋亡率均随着戴冠时间的延长而逐渐升高,其中戴冠3月与戴冠2月之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。含Be组的淋巴细胞凋亡率均显著高于不含Be组,不含Be组又明显高于58%金合金组;NiCr合金全冠戴用后,Ni、Cr离子浓度的升高与淋巴细胞凋亡率呈正相关。结论NiCr合金全冠(尤其含Be者)戴用后外周静脉血中淋巴细胞凋亡明显增加,而金合金全冠戴用后淋巴细胞凋亡无明显变化。Purpose The aim of present study was to investigate the influence of three kinds of dental casting alloys on apoptotic lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood. Methods The three kinds of dental casting alloys(NiCr (including element Be), NiCr (excluding element Be) and golden alloys (containing gold 58%))were used to make full crowns for dogs and the released metal ions from the crowns were detected by the method of ICP-MS after 2 weeks, 1 month,2 months and 3 monthsr restoration. The apoptotic lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood were measured by flow cytometry (FCM) respectively. Results Increased apoptotic lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood was detected after the restoration of NiCr (including element Be) and NiCr (excluding element Be) crowns, but no changes of apoptosis were found in gold alloy group. Conclusions NiCr alloys have cytotoxicity to lymphocytes in peripheral venous blood and the biocompatibility of golden alloys is better than that of NiCr alloys.
