摘 要:研究了在系统功耗低,响应时间短,同时软硬件资源开销低等目标下的喷射系统电磁阀驱动方案,设计了基于双电压驱动和电流硬件自动调制的智能驱动器。以此为基础对基于电磁阀的喷射控制特点进行分析并建立了完整的喷射控制时序。通过曲轴瞬时转速预估算法将电磁阀响应时间转换为对应的曲轴角度,从而实现了对喷油提前角和喷油量的精确控制。试验证明该喷射驱动模块能完全满足电控柴油机在不同工况下的运行要求。A new solenoid-valve driving circuitry is presented, based upon which a fuel-metering control algorithm is also developed and introduced. The driving circuitry adopts a DC/DC converter to implement the dual-voltage supply capability, and uses a two-stage current regulator to shape the so called peak & hold current waveform. Fuel-metering control characteristics based on this circuilry is analyzed. Then the control cycle is established. Based upon instantaneous crank speed estimation, time quantities are converted into angular quantities and vice versa before the fuel metering-in stage. The circuitry and algorithm arc finally intcgratcd and tested on an electronic unit-pump controlled diesel engine.
