摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术中应用环套式扩张管的疗效.方法 32例（34眼）患者,在鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊造孔,术中植入环套式扩张管.结果术后随访3个月～1年,治愈34眼,并发症3例.结论 鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术中植入环套式扩张管可明显提高疗效.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of applying double-deck intubation in dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope on cases with chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Thirty-two cases（34 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were included in this study. They were all treated by the procedures of dacryocystorhinostotomy under endoscope with double-deck intubation during the operation. Results The following up period was lasted for 3 months to one year in this group of cases. By the end of following up period, 34 of these cases were found cured while 3 of them were complicqted by some conditions. Conclusions Double-deck intubation in dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of this procedure on cases with chronic dacryocystitis.
