摘  要:在膜生物反应器(MBR)发生溶解性微生物产物(SMP)积累的情况下,对新膜与旧膜的出水水质进行了比较。结果表明,旧膜具有比新膜更为稳定和良好的出水水质,其出水平均TOC浓度为12.9mg/L,低于新膜出水的36.8mg/L,表明膜丝表面的生物膜强化了系统对SMP的截留能力。MBR上清液中分子质量>10ku的大分子物质与分子质量<3ku的小分子物质占有相当大的比例,旧膜对所有分子质量物质的截留效果均优于新膜。旧膜经清洗后,其出水的TOC浓度随着膜比通量的下降而降低。A comparison of the effluents between a new membrane and an old membrane was carried out under Soluble Microbial Product (SMP) accumulated in Membrane Bioreactor (MBR). Experiment results show that the effluent quality of the old membrane is more stable and excellent than the new membrane. The effluent TOC concentration of the old membrane is 12.9 mg/L on average, much lower than the new membrane (36.8 rag/L), which indicates the intensified interception of SMP by the biofilm attached membrane. In the MBR supematant, both macromolecules with molecular weight (MW) 〉 10 ku and small molecules with MW 〈 3 ku are dominant and have a much larger occupation. The old membrane interception for all molecules with different MW is more effective than the new membrane. After the cleaning of the old membrane, its effluent TOC concentration will decline along with the falling of membrane specific flux.
