摘  要:目的:探讨膀胱肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性对早期诊断两类膀胱移行上皮癌及其在术后随访中的意义。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-高效液相色谱方法(PCR-HPLC)检测膀胱癌组织及正常上皮组织标本细胞中端粒酶活性。结果:12例膀胱移行上皮癌组织标本(Ⅰ类癌7例,Ⅱ类癌5例)均表达不同程度的端粒酶活性,3例正常膀胱上皮组织均无端粒酶活性表达。Ⅱ类膀胱移行上皮癌端粒酶活性高于Ⅰ类膀胱移行上皮癌(P<0.01)。结论:膀胱肿瘤端粒覆盖活性检测为膀胱癌辅助诊断及恶性度鉴别的方法,并可为个体化治疗提供理论依据。Objective: To establish a more sensitive way for the diagnosis of two classes of human carcinoma of urinary bladder. Methods: Twelve patients with bladder carcinoma (7 of class Ⅰ, 5 of class Ⅱ) and 3 normal people were included in this study. Polymerase chain reaction - high performance liquid chromatography (PCR- HPLC ) was used to examine the telomerase activity of the ransitional cells from bladder. Results: All the 12 patients showed activity of telomerase. There was higher telomerase activity in class Ⅱ than that of class Ⅰ. The normal people didn't show any telomerase activity. Conclusion: PCR- HPLC may be useful in the diagnosis and identification of bladder carcinoma.
