摘　　要：目的 评价肺癌患者生活质量,探讨生活质量的影响因素.方法 应用FAC-L（4.0）中文版生活质量调查表,对93例手术治疗结合放化疗的原发性肺癌患者进行面对面问卷式调查,计算生活质量各指标得分及生活质量总分,用多因素逐步回归分析方法,筛选其主要影响因素.结果 影响肺癌患者生活质量的因素主要为临床分期和手术方式.临床TNM分期越晚,患者生理状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注和生活质量总分越低,Ⅰ～Ⅲb期生活质量总分的中位数分别为128.68,129.49,128.67和106.84.不同手术方式主要影响生理状况和生活质量,局部切除生理状况得分和生活质量得分的中位数（18.61和138.69）高于肺叶切除（16.87和127.89）.结论 病情程度和术式的选择是影响肺癌患者生活质量的主要因素.Objective To evaluate the life quality of patients with lung cancer and to explore the related affecting factors. Methods Ninety-three cases with primary lung cancer, who were treated with radiatherapy, chemotherapy, operation and alive, were invesitgated by face to face method with FACT-L Questionnaire Chinese version 4.0. Total scores of life quality and the scores of life quality index were calculated, multiple stepwise regression was used to choose main influencing factors. Results The main factors affecting life quality of lung cancer patients were clinical stage and operation mode. Clinical stage was later, score of physiological status, emotional status, functional status, affixation attention and life quality total score were lower, median of total life quality scores were 128.68, 129.49, 128.67 and 106.84 at Ⅰ-Ⅲh stage; while different operation modes only affected physiological status and life quality, median of physiological status scores and life quality scores in local resection （18.61 and 138.69） were higher than those in lohectomy（16.87 and 127.89）. Conclusion Disease grade and operation mode were main factors affecting life quality of lung cancer.
