摘  要:目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MM P-9)在人创伤性脑损伤(TB I)后挫伤区皮层中的表达情况(表达位置、强度与时相)。方法挫伤区皮层的标本来自24例TB I患者,取样时间:伤后5 h^5 d。应用免疫组化技术测定MM P-9的表达情况。结果在TB I后的挫伤区皮层中,MM P-9表达明显上调,表达高峰为伤后24~48 h,主要在神经元中表达,神经胶质细胞中也有少量表达。结论MM P-9在TB I后的挫伤区皮层中表达上调,提示其可能在TB I后的病理生理过程中起着重要作用。Objective: To analyze the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) in contused human brain tissue and identify the expressive location, quantitation and time points. Methods: Contused brain tissue biopsies were obtained from 24 patients undergoing surgery for brain contusions 5 hours to 5 days after trauma. Expression of MMP-9 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The result showed an immediate,strong and persistent up-regulation of MMP-9 in the area surrounding the iniured brain as early as 5 hours post-injury, and kept at high level up to 5 days post-iniury. The maximal expression of MMP-9 was detected at 24 to 48 hours post-injury. Expression of MMP-9 was mainly in neurons and a few neuroglial cells. Conclusion: The results suggest that MMP-9 is up-regulated obviously in the early phase of human brain contusion. MMP-9 might play important roles in the pathophysiological course after TBI,
