摘  要:杨梅(MyricarubraSieb.etZucc.)根腐病病原葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeriadothidea(Moug.exFr.)Ces.&deNot.在PSA培养基上生长最好,产生孢子器量也最多。对碳源利用以蔗糖和甘露糖为最佳,乳糖最差。氮源以蛋白陈、L-天门冬酰胺为最佳,半胱氨酸为最差,矿物质元素中以钾、钠等大量元素缺乏对菌丝生长影响最大,缺镁影响最小。微量元素中以锰、硼等对菌丝生长影响最大,钼影响最小。病菌在诱导培养基中能分泌果胶酶和纤维素酶。不同菌株,同一菌株在不同培养基中的产酶能力有差异。The nutritional characteristics of the pathogen,Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug;exFr.)Ces.&de Not.of bayberry (Myrica rubra Sieb et Zucc.)were investigated in laboratory. Themost optimal medium for pathogen growth and sporulation is PSA. Among 11 carbon source,man-nose,sucrose are better than others,while lactose is the worst.Among 11 nitrogen source,pep-tone,asparagine are better than others,but cystein inhibited the growth of pathogen.Lack of sodi-um or calcium among the main elements affected obviously on the growth of the pathogen,whilemagnesium has little influence. In other hand,manganese or boron,as trace elements,influencegreatly the growth of the pathogen,while molybdeum does lest. The pathogen could produce pectase and cellulose in the inducing media.The ability of pro-ducing extractcellar enzymes among different strians of the pathogen or in different media was dis-cussed in the paper.
