摘　　要：高校图书馆作为文化建设的一个重要职能部门,肩负着传播和发展先进文化的重任。对如何适应时代要求,强化服务意识、创新服务方法和途经、传播与发展先进文化等问题进行了探讨。Being as an important functional department, university library is charged with the heavy responsibility of spreading and developing the advanced culture. This paper probes into the problems of how to fit in with the requirements of the times, how to strengthen the service concept, how to innovate the service methods and paths, and how to spread and develop the advanced culture, etc.
