摘　　要：目的探讨MDM2在消化管癌表达的意义。方法利用免疫组织化学SP法检测MDM2在164例消化管癌和32例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生中的表达。结果慢性萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生组总阳性率(±^+)为46.87%,消化管癌阳性(+)者23.17%,弱阳性者(+)为39.02%。高分化组阳性率高于低分化组;有转移组阳性率高于无转移组;黏液腺癌组阳性率低于鳞状细胞癌和管状腺癌组(均P<0.05)。结论MDM2与肿瘤发生发展、病理类型和临床治疗有关。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of MDM2 expression in digestive tube cancer. Methods The expression of MDM2 in 164 cases of digestive tube cancer and 32 cases of gastritis with atypical hyperplasia were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive rates （ ± ～ ＋ ） was 46. 87% in gastritis with atypical hyperplasia. The positive and weak positive rates were 23. 17% and 39.02% respectively in digestive tube cancer. The positive rate in well differentiation group was higher than that in poorly differentiation group ;that in lymph node metastasis was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis;that in mucinous adenocarcinomas was lower than that in squamous cell carcinoma and tubular adenoma （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The expression of MDM2 could be related to oncogenesis, development, pathology type and clinic treatment of digestive tube cancer.
