眼外伤继发青光眼临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨眼外伤后继发性青光眼的原因、治疗方法及愈后。方法对住院128例眼外伤继发性青光眼进行回顾性分析总结。结果导致青光眼的原因依次为前房积血、晶体脱位、继发性感染、房角劈裂、粘连性角膜白斑、晶体破裂、上皮植入性囊肿。予药物保守或手术治疗后,眼压控制正常,占95.18%。结论本组病例导致眼压升高最常见的原因是前房积血,治疗除积极降眼压外,及时去除病因是治疗的关键,继发感染者愈后较差。Odjective To study the couse treatment and cureness of traumatic secondary glaucoma. Mothods reuiewed and analysied 128 case hospitalized patieut with traumatic secoudary glaucoma. Result The canse of traumatic in proper order were intraocular hemorrhage, dislocation of lens, secondary infection. Anterion chamber angle contusion, adhesive Keratoleukoma, rupture of lens capsule, epithelium implantaion syst. IOP of 95. 18% case were controled under 21mmitg ofter conservatior treatment on operation treatment. Conclusion The wost wonal seen cause of traumatio secondary glaucoma was intraocular hemorrhage, beside using anti-glaucoma drugs to decrease the IOP, get rid of the cause was the criticaf treatment. The care of patient with secondary infection should become degenerate.
