基于LabVIEW的机械工况监测及分析系统的研制

摘　　要：通过一个大型设备工况监测及分析系统界面的研制实例,介绍LabVIEW应用技术。LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench)是NI公司开发的针对编写测控系统的虚拟仪器开发平台, 选择在其环境下编制工况监视及分析系统。系统的功能包括选择采样通道;自动保存数据到指定文件夹; 同时显示多幅数据处理的图形等。选择采样通道的程序部分主要是利用LabVIEW中本地变量控件属性和事件结构实现;保存数据文件并以时间作为文件名是借助时间功能函数等实现;选择显示多幅图形中的任一幅是借助可观控件属性实现。虽然LabVIEW中并没有专门的屏幕输出函数,但借助其功能函数、控件属性、事件结构等来也可以实现丰富的界面效果。A Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System is programmed on LabVIEW （Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench） which is originally designed for measurement applications. The system has many functions, including： choosing sampling channels, saving data into appointed files, choosing one of several figures which are displaying processed data synchronously, etc. Choosing sampling channels is carried out with local variable and event structure. Saving data is carried out with functions like Format Date/Time String, Concatenate Strings, etc, Displaying processed data is carried out with visible attribute node. Though there aren＇t specialized output functions for screen display in LabVIEW, colorful interface effects are carried out by functions, control attribute, event structure, etc.
