摘 要:目的探讨髋臼后柱的解剖学结构及其相关临床意义。方法取52具髋骨标本,确定髋臼缘最上点为点A,髋臼缘最下点为点B,坐骨大切迹顶点与坐骨棘基底中点连线的中点为点C,取CD垂直于AB,D点为CD与髋臼后缘的交点,把DC近似三等分,等分点为E、F,分别以D1、D2、D3代表DF、 DF、DC的长度,R1、R2、R3分别为在点E、F、C三点所测的髋臼后壁的厚度,测量D1、D2、D3、R1、R2、R3 的值,并计算D1与R1、D2与R2、D3与R3的比值。将数据进行统计学分析。结果 52具髋臼的D1与 R1、D2与R2、D3与R3的比值分别为1.25±0.20、1.24±0.24、1.24±0.18,三者统计学上无显著性差异 (P=0.927),故可认为D与R是成比例的,平均比值为1.24。结论我们发现髋臼后缘中部与坐骨大切迹中部连线上各点到髋臼后缘的距离与该点髋臼后壁的厚度成一定的比例,比值近似为1.24。Objective To investigate the anatomical structures of the posterior column of the acetabulum and the related clinical significance. Methods 52 pelvis specimens were used in the study. The top point of acetabular margin was named point A, the fundus point of acetabular margin was named point B, and the midpoint of the line between the top of greater sciatic notch and the fundus midpoint of sciatic spina was named point G Line CD was perpendicular to line AB, and point D was the junction of line CD and the posterior acetabular margin.Line CD was approximately divided into three equal segments. The dividing points were named ponit E and F. D1, 132, D3 separately represented the length of DE, DF, DC. R1, R2, R3 separately represented the thickness of the posterior wall of the acetabulum at the points of E, F, and G The values of D1, 132, D3, R1, R2, R3 were measured, and the ratios of D1 and R1, 132 and P,2, D3 and R3 were calculated. The dates were statistically analyzed. Results The ratios of D1 and R1, 192 and R2, D3 and R3 were 1.25±0. 20, 1.24±0. 24, 1.24+0. 18, and there were no statistical differences among them (P=0.927), So, D and R were approximately proportionate, and the mean ratio was 1, 24, Conclusions The authors find that the length of the line between the central section of the posterior acetabular margin and any point on the line from the central section of the posterior acetabular margin to the central section of greater sciatic notch and the thickness of the posterior wall of the acetabulum at the point are approximately proportionate, the mean ratio of which is L 24.
