摘　　要：大学科技园是大学社会职能的重要延伸,与大学的学科建设有着良好的互动关系,尤其是对一些应用学科和新兴学科,这种互动作用更加明显。大学科技园的发展受到依托大学的学科水平、学科结构、学科组织和学科文化的影响,特别是大学的优势学科是大学科技园发展特色产业的技术基础。大学科技园推动着大学学科方向、学科梯队、学科发展条件、人才培养等学科要素的建设。As an important extension of the university social function, university science and technology park has elaborate interactive relationship with the disciplinary construction of the university. The interactive function is especially distinctive for some applied and newly developing disiplines. The development of the university technology park is affected by the level, structure, organization and culture of discipline which rely on the university. Especially for the superior disciplines of universities which are the developmental technological basis of characteristic industry in the university science and technology parks. The university science and technology park enhances the construction of the disciplinary factors such as orientation, staff, developing condition, talents cultivation etc..
