摘　　要：针对企业管理现状,根据实践经验,通过研究,确立了企业全息管理的概念,探索出一条企业管理的新途径。全息管理建立了企业管理主轴,借助信息分级共享,实现了企业的系统化管理,大大提高了企业内部的协调能力和管理效率。In view of the present situation at management of corporations, according to true experience, through research, it has established the concept for Holographic management of corporations, and explores a new management method which we use it to manage corporations. Holographic management has established the main axle about management of corporations, with the aid of information graduation sharing, it has realized corporation＇s systematized management, sharpened the corporation interior coordinated ability and the management efficiency greatly.
