摘 要:目的探讨儿童睡眠时间、睡眠障碍对体重指数的影响。方法于2003年6~9月在广州市东山区随机抽取两所小学及两所幼儿园2~12岁儿童共1734名,对其家长进行儿童生长发育与睡眠健康问卷调查。结果广州市东山区2~12岁儿童男女两性体重指数总体均值为(16.04±2.84)kg/m^2,各种睡眠障碍总发生率为35.4%,儿童睡眠障碍组和正常组之间体重指数的差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05),儿童睡眠时间正常组和减少组之间体重指数的差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论所调查地区儿童睡眠障碍组和睡眠时间减少组的体重指数均高于正常组,故应引起家庭和社会的重视。Objective To explore a study on effects of sleep on children BMI. Methods Totally, 1734 children, aged 2 to 12 years were randomly selected from two elemental schools and two kindergartens in dongshan district of guangzhou under strict quality control system in June and September of 2003, their parents were interviewed with questionnaire to look into their growth and development, as well as sleep related factors. Results The mean of BMI in children aged 2 to 12 years is 16.04±2.84 kg/m^2, Prevalence of sleep problems in children was 35.4% among the all sleep problems, the effect of sleep problems on BMI is significant (P 〈 0.05) as the effect of sleep time on BMI (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The BMI in sleep problem and in short of sleep time is higher than that of non-sleep problem, so the problem should be recognized by family and society.
