基于PLC的皮革真空干燥机控制系统的研究

摘　　要：文章首先对皮革机械的种类和它的生产工序作了简单的介绍,然后根据它的控制原理来进行PLC电气控制设计。具体的方法是:写出工艺要求,PLC的控制流程图,CPU选择以及I/O分配图等主要部分。最后,对我国皮革机械行业的发展作了一些分析,我国皮革机械加工制造技术装备与国外相比还很落后,缺少皮革机械设计理论,投入的科研经费少,皮革机械专业人才队伍严重不足。Article has first introduced mechanical category in leather and their production work preface, then according to control principle of it to design the PLC electricity control . Concrete methods are：Writing the craft requests, PLC control flow chart, CPU choice and I/O allotment diagram etc. Finally, reading the some analyzes about the development of the leather machine profession in our country, it is still fall behind very much to compare technique equips with abroad , it is in need of leather machine design theories, the budget of researching is little, talented person＂ s troops are serious shortage in leather machine profession.
