摘  要:在一台双缸缸内直喷汽油机(GDI)上,采用负阀重叠(NVO)的配气相位和两阶段燃油喷射技术来控制缸内混合气的形成和燃烧,实现了高效低污染的汽油均质混合气压燃(HCCI)燃烧模式。在转速为800~2200r/min、负荷(平均指示压力)为0.1~0.53MPa的HCCI工况平面内,指示油耗在较宽的范围内低于240g·kW^-1·h^-1,NOx排放(体积分数)低于4×10^-5,无碳烟排放。在HCCI运行范围内研究了不同喷油策略对HCCI燃烧特性的影响。结果表明,适当的NVO和两阶段缸内直喷可以有效地降低HCCI燃烧循环波动,控制着火始点,燃烧速率以及拓宽HCCI运行范围。Homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) combustion was studied in a two cylinder gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine with negative valve overlap (NVO). Two-stage gasoline direct injection combined with negative valve overlap was used to control the mixture formation and combustion. The gasoline engine could be operated in HCCI combustion mode for speeds from 800 to 2 200 r/min and IMEP loads from 0. 1 to 0. 53 MPs. The engine fuel consumption was less than 240g·kW^-1·h^-1 and NOx emissions were below 4×10^-5 without soot emission. The effect of different injection strategies on the HCCI combustion was also studied with the results showing that the engine cycle variation coefficient is reduced by using NVO with two-stage direct injection with control of the ignition timing and combustion rate. The operating range of the HCCI combustion can then be extended.
