大肠癌中心灶、癌旁和淋巴结转移灶细胞DNA倍体的流式细胞计量术分析

摘　　要：用流式细胞仪对５１例大肠癌患者的癌中心灶、癌旁组织和淋巴结转移灶２６３份样品细胞进行ＤＮＡ含量测定。结果表明，各组均出现了ＤＮＡ异倍体病例，癌中心灶、癌旁组织和淋巴结检出率分别为７２．６％、２５．２％和２２．２％。在１４例二倍体肿瘤中有５例癌旁组织中出现了异倍体细胞。淋巴结转移灶ＤＩ值与癌中心灶有良好的一致性，而癌旁组织与癌中心灶的一致性较差。在癌中心灶不同倍体类型中，异倍体肿瘤的浸润及转移能力明显高于其它倍体肿瘤。DNA content was measured on 263 samples in cancer nests,para-cancer tissues and cancerometasis lymph nodes of 51 cases of colonic carcinoma.The results showed that the positive rate of flow cytometry of tissues detected was 72.6%,25.6% and 22.2% respectively,5/14 cases with D (diploid) cancer showed-abnormal ploid cells in their para-cancer tissues.DI(DNA index)value of lymph node was very similar to that of cancer nest,while the value in para-cancer tissues was slightly decreased.The ability of infiltration and metastasis of AN (aneuploid) cancer was higher than that of other ploid cancer.
