摘  要:进行信息化建设是提高中小企业竞争力的重要环节。中小企业信息化战略必须经过四个阶段:根据企业发展远景与内外部条件,确定合适的信息化目标;以整体考虑,从需求切入,确定合适的信息化建设内容与方案;制定实施计划;严格项目实施与维护及实施后信息化持续建设与发展等,而且必须根据不同类型的企业选择市场模式、效率模式等不同的战略。The progress of informationization construction, is the most important part to enhance the competition of small and medium-sized enterprises. The informationization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is becoming deeper, more international, more territorial and more specialized, to establish the information stratagem which is suitable for the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is needed badly. In this thesis, the author thinks that informationization strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises have four phases: make certain the appropriate informationization aim, according to the development persgective and internal and external conditions; make certain the appropriate content and scheme of informationization construction, by taking the whole and the demand into consideration; establish the plan to carry it into execution; strengthen and maintain the project execution, and after it is carried into execution make sure the informationization construction can go on developing. Moreover we must select the market pattern, efficiency pattern and so on according to different type of enterprises.
