复方平阳霉素液治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方平阳霉素液（PYMco）瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效.方法在1999年1月～2004年1月5年间用PYMco瘤腔内注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤61例.每周一次,2～4次为一个疗程.结果经2～6年随访,治愈18例（29.5%）,显效29例（47.5%）,有效12例（19.6%）,无效2例（3.2%）,总有效率96.7%.结论 PYMco治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤疗效高,疗程短,副反应少,是一种简便安全的有效方法.Objective： To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of compound pingyangmycin injection as a primary therapy of cavernous in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods： Sixty patients （28 males and 33 females） with cavernous hemangiomas in oral and maxillofaical regions were treated from Jan. 1999 to Jan. 2004. Compound pingyangmycin was injected once a week, and 2 to 4 times in one course of treatment. Results： Of the patients, 18 were cured （29.5%）, 29 showed significant therapeutic effect （47.5%）, 12 showed clinical effect （19.6% 1, and 2 showed no therapeutic effect （3.2 % ）. Conclusion： The treatment of compound pingyangmycin injection is an effective method in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma and has little side effect.
