摘　　要：从理论与实验上讨论了长途客车顶棚横梁用薄壁矩形管弯曲成形的一般规律及一模多用的规律，结果对生产实际有较好的指导意义．The paper discusses the general law of bend forming to the cross-beam of sheet rectangular pipe of the long-distance bus ceiling.The forming mould of the cross-beam can be used for many times.The result of calculation and test shows that it is significant in guiding productive practice.
