摘　　要：设Ｍ是Γ－半群．本文首先给出定理：若具有“０”元的正则Γ－半群Ｍ的每个非０幂等元都是素幂等元，则Ｍ是完全０－单Γ－半群的０－直并．然后在Ｍ是Γ－正则条件下给出Ｍ是０－单Γ－半群，或是完全０－单Γ－半群的特征性质．et M be a Γ-Semigroup. The theorem is given first, i. e, if every non-zero idempodent of regular Γ-semigroup M with '0' element is prime, then M is an 0--direct union of completely 0-simple Γ-semigroup. Then, the characteristies of 0-simple Γ-semigroup M and completely 0-simple Γ-semigroup M are given while M is a Γ-regular semigroup.
