摘  要:提出基于CAN总线与Windows CE.NET嵌入式操作系统来建立船舶结构安全监测系统.重点论述了数据采集模块硬件接口设计及硬件抗干扰措施的设计.此外,描述了Windos CE.NET下的CAN卡驱动程序的设计要点.实验证明基于CAN总线的船舶结构安全监测系统在网络拓扑结构上架构简单、可扩展性强、运行可靠、对节点请求响应实时性强的特点,能够满足实验室测试和船舶航行中对船舶结构应变变化的监测要求.The purpose of vessel structure safety monitoring system is to build a system of realtime evaluation of vessel structure safety and realtime monitoring for strain of vessel structure. The system also provided theoretical research of vessel structure safety with ample data resource. In order to seek an simple and reliable method to implement vessel structure safety monitoring system, the paper put forward a method which integrated CAN bus technique with Windows CE. NET embedded operating system technique. Emphasis was put on the design of interface circuit of data collection module based on CAN bus and hardware antijamming. In addition, key points of the design of CAN driver under Windows CE. NET were described. Vessel structure safety monitoring system based on CAN bus has been proved by experimentation with characters of simple topology , strong extension, better reliability at the aspect of network topology and good realtime in response to CAN node, which meets the demand of monitoring vessel structure strain in the course of vessel sailing and experimentation in the laboratory.
