摘　　要：近几年,在市场经济大潮的冲击下,高等学校已不只是“一心只读圣贤书”的地方,各种经济活动在高校中越来越多.校内二级部门充分利用学校各种资源积极进行二级创收,在弥补教育经费不足、改善教职工的福利待遇方面具有积极意义.但在二级创收的过程中也出现了不少值得注意的问题.这就需要高校积极进行制度建设,对校内二级创收进行规范管理,使高校二级创收得到良性发展.In recent years, with the lash of the market economical spring tide, colleges and universities are no longer the places just for study. There are more and more economical activities in colleges and universities. The second -grade second -grade department of the colleges and universities are using every kinds of resources actively to achieve income, it＇s significant to make up the educational funds and improve the process of the second-grade achieving income, and it is necessary for the colleges and universities to carry out system constructing, and manage the second - grade achieving income of the colleges and universities with standardization, making the second - grade achieving income of the colleges and universities develop well.
