东菱克栓酶治疗脑干梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨东菱克栓酶注射液治疗脑干梗死的有效性和安全性。方法采用对照方法,两组均用低分子右旋糖酐500m l静脉点滴,每日1次,连用2周。治疗组用东菱克栓酶10Bu加入生理盐水100m l静脉滴注1小时以上,每日1次,连用3日。观察治疗前和治疗后2周两组病人神经功能缺损恢复情况、检验指标的变化,并进行疗效比较。结果治疗组有效率(91%)与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后检验指标降低明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论东菱克栓酶治疗脑干梗死可能有效。Objective To observe the effect and safty of Batroxobin Injection on brain stem infarerction Methods By contrasting,the two groups were both treated by Dextran 40（500ml./d,2 weeks）. The treatment group were also treated by Batroxobin Injection （ 10Bu ＋ 100ml normal saline/d, 〉 1 hour,3 days）. To observe the improved value of neurologic impairment and the changing of the checking indications before and after the treatment in 2 weeks. Results There are significant difference in the efficency which of the treatment group is 91% and checking indications which of the treatment group after the treatment is lower compaired with the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It is effective and safe for Batroxobin Injection in the treatment of brain stem infarction.
