摘　　要：ＳＯＤ冻干粉及口服液分别在４ＫＧｙ和６ＫＧｙ辐照剂量下，灭菌处理可达到卫生标准，活性损失＜５％，ＳＯＤ冻干粉及口服液分别在６ＫＧｙ和８ＫＧｙ辐照剂量下，达到完全灭菌，活性损失分别为７％和８％左右。ＳＯＤ在辐照后的理化性质及氨基酸组成基本不变。With 4 KGy and 6 KGy of the γ-radiation doses respectively, the freeze dried superoxide dismutase(SOD) powder and the SOD solution were radiosterilized to the sanitary sterile standard with a less than 5% decrease of the SOD activities. With 6 KGy and & KGy of the radiation dose respectively, the SOD powder and the SOD solution were fully radiosterilized, with a loss of 7% and 8% of the SOD activities respectively. The physical and chemical properties and the amino acid composition of the SOD kept unchanged.
