摘 要:以低熔点石蜡为芯材,三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(MU F)为囊材,用原位聚合法合成了低熔点石蜡相变材料微胶囊,石蜡含量为w(石蜡)=46.15%。通过乳化稳定性实验确定了O/W乳化体系的乳化剂为OP乳化剂,水油比为4∶1。正交实验表明反应温度和壳芯比是影响微胶囊石蜡含量的主要因素。用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)考察了微胶囊相变材料的热性能,其相变温度和焓值分别为14.74℃、98.59 J/g。This study deals with the preparation and characterization of encapsulated low melted point paraffin. Microencapsulated phase change materials(PCMs) contented 46.15% paraffin were prepared by in-situ polymerization method with melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) prepolymer. The stability conditions of O/W emulsion were decided by test when OP emulsifier and 4 : 1 for water-oil ration was selected, and that is significance for encapsulization next process. Orthogonal test indicates that reaction temperature and shell-core ration is essential elements which affect paraffin content of microencapsulation in prepared process. Differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) was used to research the thermal properties of the microencapsulated PCMs in this paper, and results show that the melt point and enthalpy is 14.74℃ and 98. 59 J/g, respectively.
