摘　　要：目的:对非小细胞肺癌标本中的Bnip3L进行检测,探索Bnip3L对患者预后的影响。方法:利用免疫组化组织芯片技术对128例非小细胞肺癌标本和64例非瘤性肺部疾病患者手术标本中的Bnip3L进行检测,并对Bnip3L的表达情况与疾病生物学特点、患者生存时间等关系进行回顾性队列研究。结果:在128例非小细胞肺癌标本中,Bnip3L阳性表达45例(35.16%);64例非瘤性肺部疾病患者手术标本中Bnip3L阳性表达53例(82.81%),两者之间的阳性表达率有统计学差异(χ2=38.78,P<0.01)。Bnip3L的表达与肿瘤T分期及患者生存时间有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论:Bnip3L在各类型的非小细胞肺癌中均有表达,可以作为外科术后非小细胞肺癌病例预后较好的标志。Objective：To explore the correlation between Bnip3L expression and prognosis of non - small cell lung cancer. Methods ： Expression of Bnip3L in cancer tissues of 128 non - small cell lung cancer patients and expression of Bnip3L in tissues of other 64 non - tumor disease patients were detected by tissue chip and immunohistochemical methods. The relationships among Bnip3L expression,survival time and the biology behaviors of non -small cell lung cancer patients were analyzed by retrospective cohort study. Results： Expression of Bnip3L was positive in 45 cases of 128 non - small cell lung cancer patients（35.16% ） and positive in 53 cases of 64 non - tumor disease patients（ 82. 81% ）, that was significant in statistics between two groups （ x^2 = 38.78, P 〈 0. O1 ）. The correlation between Bnip3L expression and T stage of biology behaviors was significant in statistics（ P 〈0.05 ）. The survival time of patients with positive Bnip3L expression was significantly longer than that without expression（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Bnip3L is expressed in all pathological types of non - small cell lung cancer. Positive expression is suggested to be an indepondent predictor of good prognosis in the surgically resected non - small cell lung cancer patients.
